Important Safety Information

This website and standard email are not monitored for urgent or emergency medical concerns.

Our office phone line connects to the Sutter Health answering system and is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During normal business hours, calls are directed to our clinic team. After hours, calls are routed to the on-call surgeon.

While our phone line is monitored continuously, it is not a substitute for emergency medical services.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department.

For urgent (but not life-threatening) medical concerns, please call our office directly or contact your treating physician through your healthcare system’s secure patient portal.

Physician–Patient Relationship

Submitting information through this website or contacting our office electronically does not establish a physician–patient relationship. A formal physician–patient relationship is established only after registration, evaluation, and mutual agreement to proceed with care.
