Our office phone line connects to the Sutter Health answering system and is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During normal business hours, calls are directed to our clinic team. After hours, calls are routed to the on-call surgeon.
While our phone line is monitored continuously, it is not a substitute for emergency medical services.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department.
For urgent (but not life-threatening) medical concerns, please call our office directly or contact your treating physician through your healthcare system’s secure patient portal.
